Join me for the first ever 'Tara Cookery Demonstrations' in Dorset. I am thrilled to be hosting two mornings of delicious Middle Eastern inspired cooking that will certainly impress your family and guests! All of the dishes are impressive by themselves, or cook them all to create a wonderful spread. I will show you how to prepare the recipes as well as sharing top tips and techniques throughout the morning on preparing ahead, freezing and sourcing ingredients. Taste and enjoy the dishes at lunch with a few glasses of wine! This will be a an informal morning with opportunities to ask lots of questions and have a chat over lunch. All you need to bring is yourself! Itinerary on the day - Arrival - 10.30am - Coffee and Homemade Cake Demonstration - 11am - 1pm Menu - (Menu subject to change) Spiced Salmon with Lemon Garlic Yoghurt Grilled Chicken Thighs with Ras el Hanout, Tomato, Olive, Feta, Pomegranate and Mint The BEST Butter Beans with Spinach and Sumac Spring Green Fattoush with My Green Goddess Sauce Matfoul Salad Lunch - 1pm Everyone will be given a recipe booklet and a pen in a Tara Cookery bag.
