I have always adored Rick Stein. His books are beautiful and his recipes hit the nail on the head. They are uncomplicated and delicious. He has many books now from his travels and television series around the world. I have taken my favourite recipes from his most recent book 'At Home' and also his wonderful book from his series 'From Venice to Istanbul'. This four week course will introduce you to fantastic flavours and recipes, shaking up your Tuesday evening meals and giving you inspiration on what to cook at home for a weeknight dinner as well as great ideas on what to cook when you want to entertain. Buy all four and get a free class. Classes are £20 each per household or 4 for £60. Week 1 - Greece - Chicken and Tomato Stew with Orzo and Pecorino with Braised Radicchio. Week 2 - Turkey - a few fantastic Mezze dishes - Kisir (Turkish Salad), Gigantes (butterbeans) with Tomatoes, Halloumi Saganaki, Shrimp and Dill Fritters with Garlic and Cucumber Yoghurt. Week 3 - Venice - Crab Tagliatelle for dinner and Fennel and Sausage Ragu for the fridge/freezer. Week 4 - Indonesia - Prawn Nasi Goreng and Poached Chicken with Coriander and Mint Salad If you don’t like something and would prefer to swap it with something else just send me a message and we will work out what’s best. Join me live on Zoom at 6.30pm to learn fantastic healthy dishes from around the world. The classes are 1.5 hours and you do them from the comfort of your own kitchen.
